It’s crazy here in India. This is an everyday sighting. Only the man driving will wear a helmet….sometimes. Not to mention that it’s in the craziest traffic and among the craziest driver etiquette I’ve ever seen in my life. Also, I’ve seen much younger children riding up front. This family was so excited when I pointed my camera at them that they posed for me for several blocks.
